Varoš is a compound of typical stone houses at the foot of Mount Velebit, which were built around 1850, in the Škiljici-Dadici hamlet next to Starigrad-Paklenica, in the immediate vicinity of the Paklenica National Park. The houses were renewed in 2005 in a traditional construction type, in harmony with the ambiental architecture and the surroundings. The complex consists of three mutually connected houses with a total residential area of 260 m2.
On the ground floor of the biggest house, there is a large kitchen and a dining room (for 15 persons) with a fireplace, a bathroom and a pantry. On the first floor, there are two rooms with a total of five beds, and a bathroom.
In the middle house, there is a kitchen with a dining room and a bathroom, and there is a double bedroom with an additional bed on the first floor.
In the third house, there is a studio apartment (a bedroom with a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen). In front of the house, there is a small separate house with two beds, perfect for children.
A total of 12 people can be accommodated.
There are stone tables and benches in the front yard, which has a size of around 100 m2. On an elevation behind the houses, there is a garden with a wonderful sea view.
The Dadici-Škiljici hamlet is a peaceful oasis, close too the sea and the beach (900 m), and it only takes a 15-minute walk to the National Park entrance. There is a walkway and a bicycle lane which connects Starigrad and Seline. The distance to the main road is around 800 m.
